Green Panther Properties

Green Panther Properties One is a premium residential villa project currently under construction at Shiyapura, near Narmada Canal, Mehsana. It is Gujarat's first IGBC Platinum-rated project (Indian Green Building Council), highest level of green building excellence, achieved by meeting their sustainability criteria's. The construction materials used are IGBC certified green materials. The project involves the construction of high-end villas along with comprehensive civil infrastructure works for the overall residential development.

Our scope of work for individual villas includes complete RCC framework and structural works, along with masonry, plastering, flooring, plumbing, MEP services, painting, and finishing works. Each villa is being executed with a strong focus on structural strength, functional planning, and superior workmanship.

In addition to villa construction, we are responsible for project-level civil works, including drainage systems, internal infrastructure, and common amenities within the society. These works are being carried out with careful planning to ensure long-term durability, efficient water management, and smooth day-to-day functionality of the residential community.

Currently ongoing (2025–present), Green Panther Properties One reflects our capability to manage multi-villa residential projects, coordinate parallel construction activities, deliver consistent quality and execute the project in time, across both private residences and shared infrastructure works.
