Suramya Seven is a premium residential project constructed by our team at AG-3, near Shilaj, Nandoli, Gujarat. Set in a peaceful, green environment, the project reflects a refined approach to residential construction that balances structural quality, architectural intent, and sensitivity to the site context.
Our scope of work involved the complete civil and structural construction, including RCC framework and exposed RCC works, brick work, exposed brick masonry, rendering and plaster works, and IPS waterproofing, all executed to ensure high standards of strength, safety, and long-term durability. Diaphragm wall construction was also carried out to meet site-specific requirements, demonstrating our expertise in advanced foundation and structural systems.
The project required careful planning and execution to suit a low-density, nature-oriented residential setting. Special attention was given to execution quality, material selection, and alignment with the architectural design intent, ensuring both structural performance and visual appeal.
