Two Bay House

The Two Bay House is a thoughtfully designed residential project located in Chekhla, Ahmedabad, completed in 2020. Spread across an area of 1,80,000 sq. ft., the project reflects a seamless integration of structural strength, architectural expression, and refined construction detailing.

The scope of work for this project encompassed the complete execution of the RCC framework and structural works, with a strong emphasis on exposed RCC shuttering, inclined exposed RCC slabs, and groove pattern ceiling works. Flooring and exposed brick work were carefully executed, while rendering of all visible exposed surfaces was carried out to achieve consistency, durability, and high-quality finishes.

All works were executed with close attention to workmanship, alignment with architectural intent, and precision in construction detailing. The Two Bay House stands as a strong example of our capability to deliver architect-led residential projects that highlight structural clarity, material expression, and long-term performance.
